Two weeks following his death, preliminary autopsy results conclude that 'Real Housewives of Atlanta' star Ashley "A.J." Jewell died from a pre-existing bout with sickle-cell anemia. Fulton County Associate Medical Examiners suggest the blood disorder disease may have restricted Jewell's oxygen supply and infuriated his fatal injuries. "The altercation played a role in that, and his underlying disease process contributed to his overall demise," medical examiner Dr. Kelly Rose told E! News. "In certain states of stress, the red cells actually become deformed. They deliver oxygen to all parts of your body, but when they have this sickle shape, there's a backup or plug-in that happens. It's especially bad in your lungs." The fiancé of former Xscape member, Kandi Burruss, died from a severe blow during an Oct. 2 altercation at Atlanta strip club Body Tap.
