lil wayneIn what became a surprise to many, Grammy Award-winner Lil Wayne pleaded guilty today in a New York City courtroom stemming from a 2007 arrest for felony gun possession. According to 'MTV News' Wayne will be sentenced in Feb. 2010 and is expected to serve eight to 10 months, assuming good behavior. Despite his guilty plea, the rapper still faces separate felony drug possession and weapons charges in Arizona following a 2008 traffic stop. Wayne pled not guilty and is scheduled to stand trial in March 2010. Head over to TMZ for complete details.
