The group's new lead single, 'Tipsy In This Club,' received a mixed response over the summer when Spectacular debuted the track via his eye-brow raising YouTube clip.

Seems like they purposely put medicore songs & artists in the same category as Beyonce so there's no choice but to choose her as the winner...she'll win by default.I'd be surprised if she didn't win, but also glad; she comes across as desperate & boring to me now.

Let me correct myself, I dont consider Chrisette Michele mediocre, but she doesnt have the fan base of a Beyonce. But nominating Jamie Fox with Album of the Year? Really? They set it up so Beyonce has to win IMO based on who they put her up against.

I totally disagree with your comments. Do you really consider Whitney Houston, Ledisi or Jennifer Hudson mediocre? C'mon now! And, Beyonce will have a difficult time winning against Maxwell.
I don't think Beyonce has been "set up" to win anything. If anything, she's the underdog in all categories.

I cannot believe that in almost every catagory, beyonce is listed. Honestly her performances arent that great and she is starting to become very boring as well as overrated, and if I see her in one more body suit I'am going to scream its time for her to give it up. I cannot wait to see Maxwell, he is absolutely my favorite male entertainer. I just saw his video "bad habit" this morning and was floored, he is so sexy and looks great. He definetly came back with a BOOM and I hope he's here to stay.

The award are bought by labels now!! The year Alicia Keys won a grammy for "No One" over Fantasia's "When I See You", I knew then, because that song "No One" sounds like the same ole stuff no knock on Akeys...but....Chrisette fan base is small in comparison to Beyonce, although I like Chrisette music more, Beyonce's music is "kiddish" to me,....hoping Chrisette wins, and Jamie Foxx for album of the year....we shall see.

I agree with you about Alicia Keys winning for "No One". Fantasia's "When I See You" was the best R&B song of 2007, and should have been rewarded at the Grammys.

OK? THAT was some serious music, my kids listen to Frankie Beverly and they are teenagers. They got a hold of some of my "old skool" cd's and they were like wow. I told them that most of the today's artists can't hold a candle to the old school singers, that's why they rip off their music. LOL
