R&B heartthrob Trey Songz is giving his fans an 'Up Close' sampling of what he has to offer.
On the heels of his first Grammy nomination for best contemporary R&B album for his 'Ready' CD, comes a new EP 'Up Close & Ready,' which includes intimate live renditions of five of the Atlantic Records artist's hit songs.
Recorded live at New York City's Clinton Studios earlier this year, the set also features a companion video for his new Bryan Michael Cox and Johnta Austin-produced single 'One Love.'
The EP is available exclusively on iTunes from now until Jan. 4 for a mere $7.99 and hits stores nationwide on Dec. 15.
To promote the new project, the 'I Invented Sex' singer will appear on BET's '106 & Park' Dec. 11. Earlier in the week, he performed on BET's 'The Mo'Nique Show' and before then on ABC's 'Jimmy Kimmel Live.'
