New episodes of the show may not be airing anymore, but the drama continues to swirl around Bravo's hit reality series 'Real Housewives of Atlanta.' Today, the New York Daily News cited a source stating that show stars Nene Leakes and Kim Zolciak are demanding more money than the network cares to pay. And producers -- "fed up with their diva-esque requests" -- are making plans to move on without the two gal pals.
"Bravo has been taking meetings with some notable and wealthy Atlanta women about possibly joining the show," snitched the source. "They're trying their best to keep the process under wraps, but they're gearing up to make a major move in the third season." A Bravo spokeswoman told BV Newswire that she had no comment about the Daily News report, adding that no decisions about season three of the show have been made.

Nene Leakes
Queens, New York native Nene Leakes has said that she would love her own show and an opportunity to become "the black Lucille Ball." She hopes that she can financially support her real estate mogul husband of ten years, Gregg, and help him retire since he has supported her for so many years. Nene is known for being the most outspoken out of the 'Housewives' and also for her on-again, off-again feuds with Sheree. Leakes has lived in Atlanta for 20 years. She has two sons, 18 year old Brice and 9 year old Brennt.
Sheree Whitfield
Single mother of three, Sheree previously owned a popular clothing store, Bella Azul, in Atlanta. Now, she has closed shop on the store to focus on her first clothing line called "She by Sheree." In the show's pilot she declared that she expects her alimony to be seven figures and allow her to maintain or exceed the lifestyle she had when married to NFL player Bob Whitfield. Sheree maintains an entourage of personal assistants, publicists and hair stylists at all times.
Bob Whitfield
Shereé's soon to be ex-husband is former NFL offensive tackle Bob Whitfield. The two are currently in the midst of a three-year long divorce battle. In episode 2 of 'Housewives' we see Whitfield picking up one of the couple's three children, Tierra. Whitfield announced his NFL retirement in 2007.
Lisa Wu Hartwell
Lisa is the career woman of the group. In addition to owning her own real estate firm, Hartwell & Associates, she also has a jewelry line and baby clothing line. She's a mother of three and just married NFL player Ed Hartwell. Her ex-husband is R&B singer Keith Sweat.
Ed Hartwell
After four successful seasons with the Baltimore Ravens and two with the Atlanta Falcons, Ed Hartwell just recovered from an injury and has been working out with his wife Lisa to get back in shape to return to the NFL. Hartwell and Lisa have a one-year-old son, EJ together.
Keith Sweat
Lisa Wu Hartwell shares two sons, 13-year-old Jordan and ten-year-old Justin, with R&B singer and her ex-husband Keith Sweat. Lisa has been very vocal during her interviews over the past few weeks about how she was disappointed that Sweat refused to sign a waiver to allow their two sons to participate in the show's taping. Sweat has no regrets about his decision, and told Essence.com, "I do not want my children exploited in that way. It would be different if this was more of a family-oriented show on Nickelodeon or Disney."
Eric Snow
Deshawn Snow and her husband NBA veteran Eric Snow were college sweethearts. Eric began his professional basketball career with the Milwaukee Bucks in 1995. He has since played for the Seattle SuperSonics, the Philadelphia 76ers and now is a guard for the Cleveland Cavaliers. Last year, he was named co-captain of the Cavaliers, a leadership position he shares with LeBron James.
Kim Zolciak
Divorcee Kim Zolciak is the lone white woman on the series. The mother of two girls, 11-year old Brielle and six-year-old Ariana, divorced from her ex-husband when she was pregnant with their youngest daughter. She is a stay-at-home mom and aspiring country singer. Kim is closest to Nene on the show. The two have known each other for years and are shopping buddies and all-around hang out partners. Kim spent $18,000 on her daughter Brielle's eleventh birthday on the second episode of 'Housewives.' Kim considers herself a classy lady and decides instead of changing her clothes in a gas station bathroom she would rather do it instead in the parking lot and protected by Nene and her stylist.

They must not be to concerned about their ratings. Because like her or not (NeNe), she IS the show.
Kim can be replaced with any trick off the street! Hell, they can get one of Tigers many "jump offs" and replace her...it would probably be more interesting.
Lisa and Sheree are just sort of interesting and Kandi can not carry the show by herself. The only thing that made Kandi interesting was the "balance" she brought to the show and her poor choice in men (i.e. almost marrying a man that had more baggage than samsonite). She is "so so as a singer"
If it is a money dispute, I think they should just give them what they're worth. Even on Atlantas worst season they are still better than all of the other seasons (NY, Jersy, and OC) combined.

i strongly disagree that bravo should give them what they want. i thought nene and kim were so wealthy. to quote nene, "i AM the joneses". i notice that this past season, nene and kim got way to cocky and i would like to see them go (and nene was my girl in season one). kim is just a wannabe entertainer mess and nene has gotten way too upidy. don't like either one. by the way, kandi has a decent voice but her songwriting makes up for it...ever heard of "no scrubs"? and many many more hits under her belt. give the new girl a break.

Kandi is so so as a singer? How many gold records do you have Arjai? Duh!! At least she has done some major things with her talent, and she does have talent. As far as NeNe being the show, yeah, she is the shows big mouth, back stabbing biotch! She grin up in your face and talk about you behind your back, and she talks about all of them behind their backs. Typical ghetto wannabe! At least Kim doesn't deny who she is and what she is about. So she wears a wig, many women do these days. It's faster and easier when you don't feel like doing your own hair. NeNe has some weak weaves going on throughout this show. Lisa is another back stabbing biotch. She was the one that told Kim about NeNe making fun of her singing in the limo. And as far as Sheree goes, she thought she was going to make millions from her ex-husband, and ended up getting kicked out of their house, just like Lisa. You can take the girl out of the ghetto, but you can't take the ghetto out of the girl. You can't go around doing people the way they have and think you are going to come up smelling like a rose. What goes around comes around and they got theirs in spades. These women, other than Kandi, have no class, can't buy class, can't design classy clothes, and none of them talk like they ever had any class. They are Atlanta's ghetto fab-wannabe somebodies. They showed their lack of class when they were at that restaurant. They put their dirty linen all out there for everyone to see, and totally embarassed themselves. I am quite sure that Atlanta just wishes they would crawl back into the woodwork or the roach motels where they came from. I agree with you 100%. The only reason I watched the show was to see NeNe. I would turn the channel whenever Kim's segment came on. She is such a golddigging fake wh---. Kandi was only interesting to see if she was going to dump the zero (God bless the dead), Sherri is a transvestie looking money hunger bit--, who evidently isn't as cute or good-in-bed enough to keep her man (and believe me girls, if you're good enough in bed, he won't leave u, may cheat, but won't leave home). I do like what's her name ahh oh yeah Lisa, but as you can see I barely remembered her name.

Goodbye & good riddance to the both of them. NeNe and Kim are getting more and more sickening with each season, and have let their 15 minutes of fame go to straight their big country heads. Let's see if they get more money for doing nothing. Jobs and opportunities such as this are scarce, and they both need to realize you can't get rich from publishing one book or making one recording. Puullleaze. Ladies, face reality and stop tripping off your reality show exposure. You need that show to keep you visible and promoted with the public. Get a grip would you. You act like you never had anything in your life. Look at the big picture. Sign the dang contracts, or realize that there are probably more entertaining, interesting and funny women in Atlanta just waiting to step into your places. Who knows, we the fans may end up with a much better group of ATL housewives if these two are replaced. Buh-bye NeNe & Kim.

I agree! Last season, Nene's over the top, jealous behavior was tooo much. Kim is full of a contradictions. Maybe, it is time to replace them.
They may fool around, and a year from now people will struggle to remember who they are. They may be joining the where are they now roster, like Omorosa & Tiffany Pollard. Can somebody buy these 2 a clue?
