Hot Copy: Mariah Collaborates With Ne-Yo, Nicki Minaj on Remix Album

Mariah Carey is in Aspen, Colo., with husband Nick Cannon enjoying a winter wonderland of a holiday, but before she retreated for her snowy getaway, she recorded some new music.

Carey, who is prepping a remix re-release of her latest project, 'Memoirs of an Imperfect Angel,' has two new videos in the can.

In 'Up Out My Face,' the 'Precious' actress portrays a doll, alongside Young Money rapper Nicki Minaj. Her husband broke the news that the two stars collaborated by posting several pictures from the video on his official blog. In a few of the pictures, the two women appear in doll boxes, and another shot shows the entertainers toasting cocktails.

On a Ne-Yo-assisted track, called 'Angels Cry,' Cannon took to his official blog, writing, "This video is going to be simplistically genius. No bells and whistles, just documenting history and brilliance."

Cannon, who directed both clips, also leaked still pictures from the video shoot, which show Carey in the studio with the 'Closer' singer, as well as solo in the rain.

No word on when either video will premiere. Carey's remix album hits stores on Feb. 23.

As previously reported, Carey will kick off her 'Angels Advocate' tour on New Year's Eve at New York's Madison Square Garden.
