Some of the comments on this page really disturbs me. Blacks are saying more negative things about their race than whites on this site. Mike has been talking with real sence. Thugs, drug dealers, and drug addicts are not made in one night. Poverty does that. Poverty brings out the worst in people. I've felt it as a child growing up. A lot of my friends sold drugs. I never thought them to be bad people at all. I knew what they came from. We all wanted more than what we had, so seeing drug dealers with nice rides and clothes instead of doctors gave the idea that that was the road to take. All I'm saying is that the people that you call thugs are just people that never had the proper guidance. I'm also tired of people on this site who think just because they have a education that they're better than others. Some of the drug dealers I knew growing up are more nicer and down to earth that educated people I've meet. A good person is not define by education they have or by their profession, but by the way they treat people. Peace, love, and understanding is what we should teach our children.

Drugs, crime, Tyrone getting your daughter pregnant, garbage all over the place, graffiti, and gangs. I see why Michael Jackson bleached his skin can you blame him? LUPE, AS WELL AS BILL REILLY NEED TO LEARN THE HISTORY OF HAITI FIRST BEFORE YOU CONDEMN IT AS A VIOLENT, HATE FILLED PLACE. Just because you're poor doesn't mean you have to sell drugs! I didn't grow up rich either. Mommas now benefit from the drug dealing of their "beloved sons" reaping the rewards not saying anything and don't care that it destroys the poorest of the poor communities. As long as they get paid - hair done, nice car, food a few designer rags and some cash "their good" and okay with this behavior. Drug dealers are "lazy" it's an easy way instead of working for it, the only thing with that "drug dealing" it's no longevity and "ill gotten" stuff won't last. I wish more young black men would realize the "blessing" in working for what you want, get your education and try and be an upstanding citizen in their community, it's more "honor" but not quick enough for most so they opt to get the "quick cash" that's only temporal which leads to death, jail or mamed for life. There is no "loyalty" or "honor" in being a drug dealer it destoys, and that's a big big part of the black communities in inner city facing, these lil wanna be "thug dealers" shooting each other over "you're on my territory selling" "get off my block", sad just sad.

Black and Latino neighborhoods are a crime haven. The cops that work those neighbor hoods never solve serious crimes. Burglaries are the norm,stolen cars are acommon problem, Tires and rims are a hot target, rapes ,assaults people hanging around on corners drinking and doing drugs, gambling houses with police protection, Arab stores supplying drugs and guns to thugs with protection from police,Churches being broken into regularly,drug houses, drug dealing is out in the open. Pawn shops and liquor stores in every Black and Latino neighborhood.No jobs and a high population of career criminals that are let out early on a regular bases because they commit crimes against their own people.Low performing schools ,not enough playground areas. Kids wearing their pants down gangs everywhere, local commissiners are envolved in corruppsion, guns everywhere, all the black and latino kids can get their hands on one if they wish. Haiti isa country with no laws, the rich and well off for years have feasted off of the young kids, as house and sex slaves, crime is rampant in Haiti and 80 % of all the young women have kids from grown men,young girls as young as 10 years old are always faced with sexual approach by grown men.Black neighborhoods are a crime haven, because the goverment does not care. You go to any country where Black people are the majority and yopu see the same thing, even if we rule.I am hitting a lot of nevers and this articule might not make it through. I travel and document a lot of things I see, and I print articles only to have them sensored by the Black press. Our Black press is scared to mention the truth also, because they are also controled by white media.If you speek of what is happing to Black people in Floridas largest populated city, you will be sensored by the Black press. We are our our worst enemy. I do not blame the youth I blame the Black parants that allow their kids to act the way they do.A many Black parants that have criminal backgrounds support their kids in crime. I am Black and I am a tired Black man of the Black on Black crime in our neighborhoods. When you enter a Black neighbor you know it from sight.
