The point is that a lot of black people do donate thousands of dollars when you add it together millions of dollars, but to who, the red cress, the unicef its easy to donate 20000 if you’re worth a million. But why not take the responsibility and look at the people you are donating the money too. Its been 3 weeks since the earthquake happened the honest truth is that Haitian are surviving right now by things they are doing to survive we raise over 1.7 billion dollars and still people are getting mase by u.n soldiers on the food line, foods are being drop to Haitians like they godamn animals having people fight over a damn bag of rice. The situation is so bad that a lot of my people just don’t go and try and get food anymore. And its not any security problems like they lying in the news. I just came back from yesterday I saw more u.s soldiers with ar-15, 50cal then a war zone. I had to double check if I was in Iraq or my native land. Not to mention the majority of the foods and supplies are still at the airport block off from the population that needs it. Haitians are working among themselves as they should to help each other, building shacks from old materials surviving any way they can. But I guess its no longer top news in cnn things are fine, all these artist especially blacks instead of donating a check not knowing where that money is going get together and go down there and see what’s going on with your owns eyes if you really care. Same thing that happened doing Katrina is the same thing that’s happening in Haiti but to a much larger scale. And this is not being racist or anti-white I know a lot of time people get truth confuse with that, but these black athletes and musicians and actors have so much money. And if they really want to help don’t just write a check or go the studio and record a damn song.

You cannot hold celebrities responsible for the things you are asking. Having a celebrity going to Haiti is going to change what? It's not fair to ask more from strangers, than you ask from your own government. Furthermore, from what is being reported, donated food and other relief items are being black marketed by the very same people who are supposed to hand it out for FREE!!! I cannot even begin to understand your frustration, but you need to look at the root core of some of the problems in your country, and not hold strangers accountable.

"All of theses rich Black celebrities claim to want to help the Haitian people but, not one of them has adopted a Haitian child or sponsored a family."
You dont know that they haven't sponsered a family. And ALOT of black celebrities dont adopt foriegn children, because unlike the Madonna's and the Angelina's THEY REALIZE THAT THERE ARE TOO MANY LOST CHILDREN IN THEIR OWN COUNTRY. Many do alot for children here through different organizations with their owm money, but also dont want to adopt a child that they dont have time to raise at the moment. All the "white celebrities" you refer to have nannies raising these foriegn kids. Aside from that, again it's what you hear of. Many people do many good deeds without have to boast about it and splash it all over the headlines.
