When it comes to certain rappers receiving public scrutiny for getting robbed and beaten, Christian "Yung Berg" Ward appears to be the butt of every joke.

Today ,the 24-year-old Chicago-bred MC was a trending topic around the web for allegedly being held up at gunpoint earlier this week at a Los Angeles residence.

According to TMZ, the 'Sexy Can I' rapper attended a house party around 2:00 AM on the morning of Feb. 22 when four assailants reportedly entered the living quarters before pistol-whipping Ward along with another individual.

The celebrity gossip site went on to reveal that the suspects robbed eight people and made off with $10,000 in cash and jewelry.
Despite Ward being the alleged victim of previous robbery stints, he took to Youtube (see below) earlier today to dismiss the reports.

"Basically I don't know what happened," he stated. "There's a story on TMZ...Shout out to TMZ, Thank you for the free promo and publicity - it's just not the right publicity. I wish I was talking about the album or the mixtape."

"I'm fine; I'm good," he continued. "There's nothing wrong with nobody. I'm still gorgeous. I love you Mom, thanks you for these good genes."

"What you gotta know is, hey man, sh*t happens. People can say anything about you when you're a celebrity. And also, you got to take the good with the bad..."
