ALREADY DONE
Another black celebrity couple bites the dust. 'Soul Food' actress Malinda Williams and her photographer/DJ hubby Derrick 'D-Nice' Jones have called it quits. After tying the knot in Aug. of 2008, the couple reportedly mutually filed for separation in Oct. of 2009. D-Nice was first to go out with news, issuing a statement confirming the split: "I ask that our privacy be honored during this extremely personal time. I thank my family and fans for their endless support." Shortly thereafter, BJ Coleman, who is allegedly Williams's publicist, wouldn't confirm the news. Instead, he offered, "I never comment on my clients' personal lives. I do know Malinda's main focus is always the well being of her son. She is working on a couple of new projects and is excited about moving forward in 2010." Although the pair have no kids together, Williams has a son with her ex-husband, actor Mekhi Phifer and D-Nice has a daughter from a previous relationship. Guess, this duo is literally 'On to the Next One.' [YBF]
BLASTING CANNON
Every now and then some celebrity goes off on a blog. Add Nick Cannon's name to the list. Mariah Carey's hubby is not feeling the black gossip/slapstick blog Bossip for some reason. "Exclusive News! Media Reports say @Bossip is funded by the KKK! I knew it," he posted via his Twitter account. Now, why he decided to make that allegation or what his tiff is with the popular site are unbeknown to us, but Bossip had a reply for him. After clearing things up by saying his statement is untrue, they wrote, "Nick has bigger problems to worry about than our funding, like his sperm count, his lack of testosterone, smiling too hard and Eminem." Guess they told you, Nick! [Bossip]

MAGIC SHTICK
Bet you never thought you'd see the day when a famous person was manufacturing a fake sex tape to look like their own, but you can never say never. 50 Cent is being accused by a South Florida woman named Lastonia Leviston of taking her 2008 homemade porno and inserting in his own commentary. The man who she is having sex with in the tape, Maurice Murray, apparently sold it to the Queens rapper and although he's edited out of the clips, she still appears in the video. 50 adds his own lively commentary as 'Pimpin' Curly' and is shown rocking a curly wig and purple robe in the 13 minute long videoclip. Leviston is alleged to be the mother of 50's rap rival Rick Ross. Now, Leviston is suing 50 (nee Curtis Jackson) seeking damages for emotional distress and unauthorized use of her image. When will people learn, sex tapes are bad news? [NY Daily News]

WALKING OUT ON WHITNEY
The verdict is still out on whether Whitney Houston still has the goods, but let her fans tell it, her career is over. The 'I Will Always Love You' singer kicked off her world tour a few days ago in Sydney and apparently not only are fans walking out of her concerts, but some have even requested refunds. The 46- year-old singer's publicist played down the rumors that Houston's voice is not up-to-par. "'Whitney is in great health and having a terrific time on her tour and with her fans. Her fans were dancing and singing along with her and Whitney appreciates their support," Kristen Foster said. Nevertheless, a video of Houston performing at the concert and sounding all out of breath and pitchy has hit the web. You can check it out for yourself and see if the long hiatus was good, or bad. 'TWILIGHT' ZONE
Apparently talking about blacks and sexual prowess is the latest in celebrity interviews. First John Mayer. And now 'Twilight' star Robert Pattinson has lots to say on the topic. "I really hate vaginas. I'm allergic to vagina," he told Details magazine. Pattinson spoke about a photo shoot he had for the accompanying interview, adding, "But I can't say I had no idea, because it was a 12-hour shoot, so you kind of get the picture that these women are going to stay naked after, like, five or six hours. But I wasn't exactly prepared. I had no idea what to say to these girls. Thank God I was hungover." Finally, when the writer told the handsome Brit that he lowers his voice to a whisper when he says 'actor' or 'acting,' and that it sounds like he's saying 'Negro,' Pattinson added, "What if we were 'acting' like 'Negroes?' Then we'd be f**ked – we couldn't hear anything..." *blank stare* If you get this dialogue, please fill the BV Newswire in. [Details]

MR. "BOOTY" MAN
Oprah Winfrey may need to change her name to Fairy Godmother. The talk show maven sat down with Kirstie Alley, who is promoting her upcoming A&E show, and the subject of the actress's celebrity crush came up. In a May 2009 People magazine article, Alley confessed she loves Jaime Foxx. So, Lady O had to ask the 'Fat Actress' star if she really would love a booty call from the Academy Award winner. Then, Foxx appeared on a television screen behind the two women and added, "Kirstie...with Oprah's permission, I'll be your booty call." No word on if the two made plans for post-show canoodling. 'RACE' RELATIONS
Not all celebrities are in the headlines for ridiculousness. Comedian David Alan Grier, who is currently starring on Broadway in 'Race,' is doing his part for Haiti Relief efforts. The former 'In Living Color' star is on board for 'Light for Haiti' a benefit concert at New York's Canal Room. The event is set for Feb.28 and other Broadway stars like Richard Thomas and Janine Divita will join Grier to raise money for the Gheskio Medical Center in Port Au Prince, which has established refugee camps and field hospitals for thousands of earthquake survivors. It might be cute for Bossip to dis' Nick Cannon, but it probably not his sperm count or his testosterone that's the problem. Truth is, Mariah is around 40. It's much harder for a woman her age to get pregnant, regardless of what the tabloids write. Most women that have babies her age are having lots of medical help and more that a few are using surrogates. Mariah needs to put now the bubbly and call her ob-gyn if she wants to have a baby.

To AngieJ.
There are many women at 40 and older who do not need medical assistance in getting pregnant. This is a misnomer and you need to be in that situatuon or consult a medical doctor, or read deeper into pregnancy and the risks. Pregnancy is a risk regardless of the age. Every 'body' and their health situation is different. As you age and as you prepare to have a baby there are things all people AND women have to consider, and the doctor will ensure you get a little extra attention on the genetic test, but generally if the woman is healthy, everything is pretty routine, and generally there are no problems. I had my first child at 37 and had zero problems with me or my baby. A lot of younger women and their children seem to have far more issues in my experience and in terms of the birth defects, older women may be at a higher risk, but statistically younger women deliver at a higher rate with developmentally delayed babies. But again, every situation differs. All I know is my grandmother had twins at 39 in 1950 and all was well.

I meant to write 'put down the bubbly' and call her ob-gyn. I wish them happiness.

Geesh...I don't think Angie J was trying to give a lesson on older women being more at high risk...Her comment was mainly towards "Bossip" and them possibly not knowing the true reason of the couple not being able to have a baby...They can't just count Mariah out...Personally it's their business and no one else's..Who friggen cares what the reasons are behind it...We are not living their lives...and just like their are many women out their 40 and up having babies without medical help there are a crap load of them who are needing the help as well. Angie never stated ALL women 40 and up need help...
