Jennifer Hudson is ready to tie the knot with her fiancé David Otunga.
Though, they are staying mum on a lot of details, the couple, who welcomed a newborn son in August, confirmed to Life & Style magazine that they have settled on a date.
Otunga previously appeared on the hit VH1 reality show, 'I Love New York 2,' and most recently flexed his skills as an aspiring wrestler on 'WWE NXT.' In the exclusive interview, he confirmed that his bride-to-be has chosen a dress, as well.
Of their wedding rings, Otunga shared that they are planning to have famed jeweler Neil Lane, who created Hudson's engagement ring, design their wedding bands, as he is "a personal friend, as well."
The Harvard educated lawyer also mentioned, "I want my son and I to wear matching custom tuxedos."
As for whether the former 'American Idol' castoff-turned-Academy Award-winning phenom will perform at the reception, he added, "It would be wonderful to have Jennifer sing – I'd love that."
Hudson currently appears on the new version of 'We Are the World.'

I wish Jennifer all the luck in the world. but honestly, I don't know. And folks, I am not trying to be mean. It's just one of those "hmmmm" moments for me.
David is supposedly a Harvard educated lawyer who was on I Love New York2 trying to get chosen as her "man", who flexed his muscles and not his educated mind; who is now trying to break into wrestling. What happened to practicing law or going into politics, or getting a news commentator slot like all the other used to be lawyers? Did David ever really use his esq. degree?
I agree with the other comment--- prenup, Jennifer. Still, all the best to you both.

Congratulations! Jennifer tone down the boobs! I have them too;(44DD)! However, there is no need to always have them on display. The girls were even on display at the White House Dinner Party. Have some class; (I know you do), cleavage is enough! Be blessed! And stay holy!

It's no one's business whether they get married, or not. I think America wastes far too much energy on dipping into the lives of celebraties. They are only human, not God.

Congratulations to Jennifer. I am sure we all want to do things in a particular order, but sometimes things happen, whether through choice or chance. Anyway, when things happen, we make the best of it and move on. It is so interesting that people are quick to say things like baby first, then marriage, when we have no control over situations or that person's life or know what really is going on and like we have a heaven or hell to place someone. Noone is perfect and there may be something in your life that someone can place under the microscope and say: hmm, I don't like that or how you do that. I know I can only control my life and noone else's. That's why it's good to bless 'em,' thank God for yours, and move on...
