Since making music industry history by being the first artist to have five consecutive number one albums on the Billboard Top 200 charts, DMX has battled with staying out of trouble with the law.
After serving half of his 18 month probation, the former Def Jam Records superstar has found a way to find himself back in jail.
The 39 year-old rapper (real name: Earl Simmons) was arrested in Arizona on March 9 for allegedly violating his probation by using drugs, including cocaine.
This marks the fifth time the MC has been arrested by deputies in Phoenix.
The 'Belly' actor previously served a 90-day sentence for felony convictions including cruelty to animals, theft and two drug counts and was released from jail in May.
In other news, DMX's wife Tashera Simmons is planning on writing a tell-all book about her life with the 'Where My Dogs At' rapper. The book, titled 'Strength of Woman,' plays on the title of DMX's short-lived 2006 reality series 'DMX: Soul of a Man.' The couple, who have been married since 1999, have withstood DMX's off-again, on-again jail terms, not to mention several child paternity suits.
According to her rep, the book will highlight "her account of survival and family strength in a chaotic life and the fame that came with that life."
Tashera Simmons previously appeared on the VH1 reality show 'Gotti's Way' as a friend of music mogul Irv Gotti's wife, Deb.

His problem is not the state of AZ. He has fathered one maybe two kids outside of his marriage and over the years, his reported behaviors have been downright bizarre. X has made some very poor choices and he has some mental health issues. There's no conspiracy here folks! I hate to say this, but he's either going to end up in prison for a long time, or he will die very soon. DMX is a tormented soul to say the least.
As far as his wife writing a book, for all we know she could very well need the money to raise their kids. What are the odds that this family's finances are jacked-up?

I agree with you. I didn't know he had fathered children outside his marriage? I don't understand, why would his wife write a tell all book, NOW? I guess she can't take no more and knows that if anything should happen to him, she would have some $$$$? He is very immature and he is no role model for his kids and not a good husband to his wife. He needs to get his ISH together to be a better father and husband or it will be too late.

Ok People, no one is prefect, and the way this world is now, we need not to JUDGE! It seem we never miss the chance to cut someone down, or choy them up. I like DMX, if you really listen to his songs, the kid is heavy and has had some hard rocks in life, nevertheless, that is no reason for him to keep harming himself. In the music world, when u r up, u r up, and down, they will kick you, so let's all try not to joy the rest, let's pray and hope that he gets it right, but for no one elso but him. No lie, the boy is bad, and there's no question, if he gets it together, he will be back on top. As for wife, what happens in anyone's marriage I feel should be personal, if she feels the need to tell all, then do so, but remember, he wasn't along in this marriage. I don't know of anyone that don't have some issues we need not to tell, but let her tell her's, no matter what they maybe. Who really care's, at the end of the day, Only GOD can judge DMX.
