With 'Sex and the City 2' set to open on May 27, selected songs from the soundtrack have already leaked on the web, including Liza Minnelli's cover of Beyonce's 'Single Ladies (Put A Ring On It).'
The Oscar, Tony, and Emmy Award winner is one of the few celebrities who make a cameo in the heavily anticipated sequel to the 2008 Blockbuster film.
The fun, the fashion, the friendship: 'Sex and the City 2' brings it all back and more as Carrie (played by Sarah Jessica Parker), Samantha (played by Kim Cattrall), Charlotte (played by Kristin Davis) and Miranda (played by Cynthia Nixon) take another bite out of The Big Apple -- and beyond -- carrying on with their busy lives and loves in a sequel that truly sparkles.
'The Sex and the City 2 Original Motion Picture Soundtrack,' which also features songs from Jennifer Hudson, Alicia Keyes, Leona Lewis, will be released by WaterTower Music both digitally and on CD on May 25.

I liked Beyonce's, but I was very proud to see and hear Liza Minelli sing Beyonce's song. To have a retro Icon sing that song as Minelli is makes the song to be admired by more mature adults. It also shows that not just young people enjoy some hip hop songs, but older people do too. That song says a lot to be acknowledged by a lot of women, even around the world!

She is an entertainer and that is what entertainers do. They sing songs that other people have recorded. There are some dumb azz people on this board. The women has been singing all her life. She sings other peoples songs. Damn Beyonce sang the great Etta James songs. And Beyonce cannot touch Etta in the voice department. I cant believe the cruel insults on this post against a woman old enough to be your grandmother. But I guess this is normal today especially when you dont have Jesus in your life. But if I needed help I am sure Liza would help me over money worshipping Beyonce.
