Why does Howard come up with these things? It is not the overweight that he is talking about. He always finds something about black women that he can expostulate about. Frankly, the truth of the matter, everytime I leave my home to take care of anything that I have to do, it is quite noticeable that there are just as many Fat, Obese, Heavy, overweight, how ever you care to define it, White women wandering around (should I have said "waddling" around?) as complaints about Black actresses who kick it when it comes to real statements about real problems. That's always been the truth, according to what I've seen in my lifetime which is getting on, so I have to watch myself too! If anybody hasn't noticed, as the sun goes down along the Mid-Atlantic Heartland, the thermometer is telling me it is over 80 degrees, more like 85, after a day of scary weather threatening hail, wind and down-pour, so the humidity is priceless right about now.

I don't think there is one single person that's jealous of Gabby, Wabby. For one her attitude sticks. I seen it coming when she was on Mo's show and I told a friend that girl got a big head and for no reason. She wasn't all that in the movie. It was Mo who made the show a hit. Then her mother comes and try to get in the spot light. I think if she would've showed a little humbliness her weight wouldn't be a big joke!

I agree with Robin about the health issue and those that are overweight know it.she is still young give her a chance to make some changes in heer life. Also the fat jokes do not help. stop making fun of her for her size and give her credit for her talent. this society is so cruel about so many things such as overweight ad we never show compassison or try to understand. think about what thst says about us

First of all, who is Robin Quivers? A no body! Yes it is true obesity effect not only the black community but the white as well, its not just black people its fat stupid americans... And either way Gabourey did her thang in Precious and maybe she will do the positive thing like other celebrities and lose weight and show others she can do it too... Hell, all the money she has now she can afford to lose weight however she wants but you cant knock a girl for eating good.
