Former 'Dancing with the Stars' contestant Niecy Nash may not have taken home the big trophy for being a part of the last dancing couple standing, but she's certainly finding something much greater to celebrate.

Earlier this week, the actress, comedian and television personality, born Carol Denise Ensley, took home a 2010 Daytime Emmy Award in the Outstanding Class Special category as producer and host of the hit Style Network series 'Clean House: The Messiest Home In The Country.'

The win has reminded Nash that she's been on the right track all along.

"I was so surprised and so happy when my show was announced as the winner," the 40-year okd Nash shared with the BV Newswire today.

"We all work so hard, day in and day out, and it's just a testament that if you stay committed to quality work, you will be rewarded. I'm so grateful to the viewers and fans of 'Clean House' for being so loyal to our show and making it the highest rated program on The Style Network."

For now Nash continues to be "in awe about the whole thing," but post-'Dancing with the Stars,' she's returned to working double duty producing and hosting 'Clean House' and serving as a celebrity panelist on CBS's 'The Insider.'

"I just love work -- whether it's hosting or acting or sketch comedy or traditional comedy... it's all very delicious to me and I love it all," the former 'Reno 911' star said.

"It's such a blessing to have the kind of career that I have. For the past seven or eight years, I've been working non-stop, balancing at least two shows... Before it was 'Reno 911!' and 'Clean House,' and right now - it's 'The Insider' and 'Clean House.'"

As if that wasn't enough, the Ebony magazine covergirl and mother of three is now working on her very-own talk show pilot, a project which she can't say too much about, but shot a few weeks back.

"The feedback has been great... it was a dream come true," she revealed. "When I walked out on the set, it just felt right - it felt like home."

"I want to do more producing," Nash added. "I have my own production company, Chocolate Chick, Inc., and we have some TV and film projects in development. I'm looking forward to doing more work in films."

But, ultimately, she seems to be just embracing all of the many opportunities that have come her way.

"There's always someone next in the line, ready for the opportunity. Everyone has a season in this business," she said.
