Born and raised in Chicago, Dr. Bynum II -- as she is now known-- is the New York Times bestselling author of the book; 'The Threshing Floor,' in addition to her popular leadership book 'My Spiritual Inheritance, Matters of the Heart,' which reportedly sold 600,000 copies in less than a year.
'The Diary of Juanita Bynum,' which will be released a full opus next year -- via Music World Gospel/Sun Flower Records -- is the religious leader's first music project since being the victim of a very public domestic violence event in the summer of 2007.

Great article! I read a similar post (http://bit.ly/azAY8g) and didn't realize Juanita signed with Knowles' label. That's news to me.

I DO NOT KNOW HER PERSONALLY, BUT HER MUSIC
REALLY BLESSES ME. I HAVE GOTTEN MANY
BREAKTHRUS BY LISTENING TO HER SINGING.

I am really disgusted by the severe twisting of scripture as men and women like yourself just do and say anything necessary to satisfy self. You've alligned your self with sinners in high places. Honoring God with your lips and your heart is far from Him. For those of you who might read this comment please don't be deceived with these celebrity, so called ministers of God. Their actions are speaking louder than their words, '..by their fruit you would know them...'

Im not saying this to attack you but this whole judging thing has gone too far, those of us in the body of Christ should judge one anothers actions and hold them accountable..as far as the final throne judegment and where you and I will spend eternity that is up to GOD!

Every body is out to make money. These already rich ppl still want more, they wouldn't buy a thing from a poor person uless you got a big name already. Ask Juanita buy something from you ,and see how she would lie on the Lord, I can't do that but want you to buy her mess. We needs to wake up and try help some poor ppl that trying to make it in this world, and would help you. I know we can't take care the whole world by our self but these ppl are already rich. They make me sick, no I am not jealous, they just think they are God and we fall into that and let them think that also.

I don't think people are judging Juanita Bynum when they speak of people who pimp the church. We need to start reading the word for ourselves and stop running behind everyone who says i am called by God and perform all this hocus pocus. Test and try the spirit in them. You got people who want money to pray for you, money for a blessing and a prayer cloth. Now when did Jesus charge people to visit and pray for them.
We know its the last days and everyone aINT called by God.
You will know his leaders by their actions. You got more mess going on in the pulpit then the pew. People keep saying touch my annointed but are they his annoited.
