Fonzworth Bentley had no shame putting a ring on it.
The MTV 'From G's to Gents' reality star quietly got engaged to actress Faune Chambers at the top of the year and is finally sharing the good news with the world.
"I tricked her! She thought it would happen on Christmas, but I did it right before New Year's," Bentley, 36, told Us Magazine.
"She said yes, and I was so excited."
The 'Advance Your Swagger' author, who is best known for being Diddy's assistant and umbrella holder, proposed with a 3-carat asscher-cut diamond. Waiting to meet the newly engaged couple were their parents.
Bentley, whose real name is Derrick Watkins, proposed to his fiancé near their hometown of Atlanta.
Chambers, who co-starred in the Oscar-nominated film 'The Curious Case of Benjamin Button,' has also made appearances on 'The Game' and 'All of Us.'
Her next starring role is as Bentley's leading lady in the music video for his new single 'Greener.'
"It's really special to say my fiancee is in the video. I love using that word. You don't get to do it too long, so it's really special!" gushes Bentley.
The couple has plans to marry "pretty soon," and Bentley will release his long-delayed EP, 'Cool Outrageous Fingerprint,' later this summer.

@BigBLACKRod...I know what you mean...Its called brainwashed...I never thought he was gay...just because a man knows how to dress and speak well he's gay? Only in America...first off having loose pants,smoking weed,sleeping with everything walking, gangster wannabe, rap video copycats,baby mama here and there... does not make you a real man...for all you women and men out there who don't know... how Mr.Bently dresses is absolutley the proper way a man should dress himself...not downing you all that don't dress that way...but if you think gay men invented this dress code you're wrong....most straight men from other countries outside the U.S. dress this way...have you been to Europe...or around high class societies...it's the norm..and the more proper you dress(no sagging pants...fitted clothing) the more well off you are...it shows you have a great deal of respect for yourself...Real men need to learn a lesson or two from Mr.Bently,you've seen his show,take some notes...it'll get you far...and yes this is coming from a real woman.... and those of you that are judgeing this man...need to stop..unless you've seen pictures that shows he's gay...or he said it to you with his own mouth...pls be quiet...he obviously has more class than any of you...probably traveled more too...you haters here need to leave your little so called towns...see what the rest of the world has to offer and stop the hate...Oh btw..thank you for doing it the right way (marry then baby) and Congrats to the newly engaged couples!

Why must we call a brother who happens to be cultured"gay"???...As someone who made it a point to always be a well dressed,well mannered man I was always aware of whispers swirling around me. I never had a problem with women as I'm sure he doesnt either. As the father of two good looking well raised,well groomed and articulate young men my boys have had to endure the same "crap" It's really sad people. So if a young man isnt sporting tatoos all over his body and grills in his mouth that makes him "gay"? I'm jus sayin ....DAMN!!!!!

Without hearing the rumors, you can see how effeminate he acts in interviews. It's possible to be effeminate and not be gay tho. However that fuels rumors. ALL OF GODS BEST TO THEM!
