And, across the world, Alicia Keys and Swizz Beatz decided it was the right time to take their wedding vows at a private home romantically located on the Mediterranean Sea.
According to the New York Daily News, the couple tied the knot on the French island of Corsica on Saturday in an intimate ceremony presided over by Dr. Deepak Chopra

Beatz wore a Tom Ford white tuxedo and pink shirt, and his eldest son, Prince Nasir Deen, was also present and wore a black tuxedo.
The 31-year-old recently finalized his divorce from his first wife, Mashonda Tifrer, with whom he also has a son. The 'On to the Next One' producer took to Twitter, writing "Woooo" and "It's a brand new day...I feel like Nas and Diddy song...love y'all and the blessings" after the nuptials.
Keys, who is six months pregnant, wore an intricate headpiece, an asymmetrical Vera Wang gown and carried a lovely bouquet of calla lilies. Both her mother and her father walked her down the aisle.
The 29-year-old New York native's 'Secret Lives of Bees' co-star Queen Latifah and U2's Bono were both present at the ceremony.

This was the epitome of a shotgun wedding. Not because Alicia is pregnant, but because SwizzBeatz
is broke and really needs total access to all of Alicia's money really fast.

Congratulations & good luck to the newly wed...it's hard for any star to settle down with just any average joe...so the fact that they're together should not be a suprise to anyone...if you're not in that circle of fame you'll never know...Congrats again!

I don't know neither of these two people other than what I see in the news media, but if ever there were two misfits, I would have to say these are the two of The Century. And that shirt looked like something from the ghetto in the 60's. He doesn't appear to be a person of integrity or upstanding to me. And that's just my age intuition. He just looks like someone who has been exposed to quality, quantity, and stars, but he himself never ever caught on to the realness of it all. You know you can put some people around the richest people in the world and they still look cheap, and that's the way he appears to me. To be just that cheap in every way.
