People like to talk a lot of trash about Steve Harvey. But what's undeniable is that the King of Comedy and renaissance man has become a force to be reckoned with. With his annual 'Hoodie Awards,' the comedian, actor, television personality, author and radio kingpin has accomplished a great feat with his evangelism of everyday people.
Back stage at the sold-out event, held at Las Vegas' Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino, Harvey talked exclusively to Blackvoices.com about the evolution of the Hoodie Awards and his future plans for it.

Sterve Harvey is a hater. He hates on people that calls into his show. Especially if they have something going for themselves. He wants all the glory, attention and wealth for himself. He's not into sharing and spreading the wealth at all.

Gerald..
What are you doing to support the black church, the black car dealer, the black predominately black schools, anything that good about the black community, Mr.Harvey is showing appreciation for the people he grew up with in communities like his, he is doing what the mainstream media only show the negative. If you ask my opinion Gerald,(you didn't, but I'm going to give it anyway)its you that is the buffoon,,

I'm suspicious of people who do something and then want everyone to know it and expect all kinds of accolades

As a commedian and role model for many..please put the word out on the style of the younger guys who continue to show their behinds & draws with pulled down pants. This seems to have become a norm of this society to...walk into school, banks, restaurants malls, everywhere. It is an embarassment. Is this the decor of a respectable role model who should represent for the younger generation to follow them? SOMEBODY SHOULD SPEAK OUT ON THIS.....or am I behind the times.
