Move over Desperate Housewives, the 'Real Housewives' are coming to Sunday nights.
Bravo's President Frances Berwick just announced that on Nov.7 the cable network will move their #1 show 'The Real Housewives of Atlanta' to a new night in an effort to promote a new programming slate featuring five nights of original programming.
Kim, Nene, Sheree, Kandi, Phaedra and Cynthia will take viewers along for their exploits on the night where VH1 has reigned supreme with Sunday night female-friendly reality show favorites like 'Lala's Full Court Wedding,' 'Basketball Wives,' 'Fantasia For Real,' and the newly launched 'Football Wives.'The Nov.7 episode of 'Housewives' will find Nene getting closer to her new 'Housewives' cast-mate Cynthia Bailey. In addition to introducing her eldest son Bryson to her Cynthia's boyfriend and club owner Peter Thomas, the newly minted 'Celebrity Apprentice' contestant also reveals her marriage troubles with Gregg. Meanwhile, Cynthia shares her fiancé's ultimatum with one of her three ex-fiancés, actor Leon Robinson. And, Kim begins recording new music and has creative differences with Grammy Award-winning singer/songwriter and 'Housewives' star Kandi Burruss.
"We think the buzz-worthy sensation surrounding 'The Real Housewives of Atlanta,' with its ravenous fanbase, is the ideal launch for this new night of original programming," Berwick said in a statement.
"With Bravo's rapid ratings growth and continued momentum in original programming and new engagement initiatives, we're expanding to Sunday nights where we can kick off the week earlier and each night becomes a promotional platform for the next night becoming a domino effect that strengthens our schedule."
Bravo executive turned 'Watch What Happens: Live' host Andy Cohen's twice-weekly late night talk show will also move to Sunday nights and air immediately following 'Housewives' at 11 pm.
'The Real Housewives of Atlanta' will switch from its current time-slot at 9 pm on Monday nights to Sundays at 10 pm on Nov. 7.
Other shows in the new five nights of programming include 'Thintervention' which will air on Mondays, 'Millionaire Matchmaker' which will make its New York season debut Oct. 26 and continue to air Tuesdays, 'Top Chef: Just Desserts' which will air on Wednesdays and 'The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' and 'Watch What Happens: Live' on Thursdays.

I just want to say Kim is a nurse although she is not practicing. FYI nursing licensure can be verified online with the state board of nursing.I know this because I am a Registered Nurse.

How is everybody doing?
Just started tuning in to The "Housewives" sitcoms. The Atlanta women; are they really married? They carry themselves like grade school girls. Gossip, foul language, backbiting and fighting, their only resolve is a homosexual friend. Don't see the housewife material in any of these ladies. Perhaps they could use some coaching from Tyler Perry. BH and NY Housewives are actually doing something. Atlanta housewives; I dress better than that going to the grocery store. Not a good example for our young black women who will eventually want to be a housewife. Keep It Real!
