Jay-Z
has been busy making his rounds in Miami and New York promoting his new book 'Decoded.' But now, it's time for the hip hop mogul to say "Hello Brooklyn."

On Nov.18, the 10-time Grammy Award winner will return to his hometown of Brooklyn for an intimate conversation with acclaimed television personality Charlie Rose.

In front of a live studio audience at the Iris and B. Gerald Cantor Auditorium at the Brooklyn Museum, the former Def Jam Records president will share stories of his childhood in the Marcy Houses projects and how he transitioned from being a drug dealer to becoming a platinum-selling rap star.

Fans of the 'Empire State of Mind' MC can buy $50 tickets to see Hov on Nov.10 through www.museumtix.com. The ticket price also includes a copy of his book, which according to Jay-Z makes the case for hip-hop being poetry and how the music genre "created a way to take a very specific and powerful experience and turn it into a story that everyone in the world could feel and relate to."

The interview will air on 'The Charlie Rose Show' at a later date.

Jay-Z's 'Decoded' will be published Nov.16 via Random House.
