Returning hosts Taraji P. Henson and Terrence Howard dazzled on the red carpet.
'Soul Train,' the long-running syndicated black music showcase known as the hippest trip in America, has long been known for its soulful music and lively dancing, but who could forget the show's funky trend-setting fashion?
That was definitely the theme at last night's taping of the 2010 'Soul Train Awards' show in Atlanta. Celebrities from across the industry flooded the purple carpet at the Cobb Energy Performing Arts Center in looks that ranged from fresh and sophisticated to glittery, over-the-top ensembles.

On the red carpet, budding Def Jam diva

Miss Debra Lee, was also in attendance.
Although there were plenty of guests dressed to the nines, there were also some that could have used a bit more work -- or possibly a new stylist. That's for you to be the judge.
The 2010 'Soul Train Awards' doesn't air until Nov. 28, but until then check out the good, the bad and the mu-fugly fashion looks from last night's purple carpet.

As long is won't be as ghetto as the BET Awards, I'll watch it. You know it was ghetto. Taking up time by bringing half the "hood" up on stage for an award for one person, we don't need to see those people. Coming up on stage with the pimp cups, exposed boxers, etc. Why is this even allowed?

White man get a life..you know you love black people and probably want to be black because your always on blackvoices with your weak comments. Jealousy will never get you anywhere so you should just try to be happy and white. Who cares what you watch because we all know you are obsessed with anything black people are doing or talk about. Get a life loser.
