Last week, the annual ADCOLOR Award dinner recognized the achievements of diverse advertising industry leaders, and the people of color who rarely get their due. This year, Academy Award nominee and Covergirl spokesperson Queen Latifah was honored and CNN's Soledad O'Brien hosted the black-tie dinner, which took place at Miami's expansive Fontainbleu Hotel.
'My Black Is Beautiful' by Proctor & Gamble, is an extension of their campaign to celebrate the diversity of African-American women and to encourage them to define their own standard of beauty.
So it was only fitting that in addition to premiering their third season of the 'My Black Is Beautiful' BET series at BET President of Media Sales Louis Carr's Boca Raton, Florida home, Proctor & Gamble would host a 'My Black Is Beautiful' style lounge.
BlackVoices.com was in Miami and on the scene to talk to Miami Heat basketball star Dwyane Wade, television personality Christina, former '106 and Park' host Julissa Bermudez, ADCOLOR founder Tiffany R. Warren and more about just how important ADCOLOR is and why 'My Black Is Beautiful' is such a great fit for the annual advertising world gathering.

My black is beautiful? What a racist statement. Can I say "my White is beautiful?" Of course not. That would be too racist. Right up there with Congressional black Caucus, black Hair Magazine, black Student Union, black Family Reunion and all the other racist organizations out there.

Charles-
Kiss your black what? You mean that thing that looks the same as your face and contains the same color matter as your face.
Please take a crap and become transparent. Better yet, go play in the sandbox so that the cats can bury you.
And don't call 911 the next time you think one of your 25 chilruns is melting. They only have diarhhea!
