Fresh off his three Grammy Award nominations, Chris Brown is busy burning up the airwaves and gearing up to release his new single 'Look at Me Now' with Lil' Wayne and Busta Rhymes the to of the year.

But, Brown is also not to busy for cameos and found time to appear on Young Money rapper Jae Millz's new single.

The New York MC has teamed with a new website, MusicMatrix.com, which allows members to upload, edit and promote their music video content, for a new contest.

Jae Millz debuted his new video 'Green Goblin' featuring Chris Brown on MusicMatrix and now he's kicked off a contest allowing members to edit and create their own version of 'Green Goblin' complete with special effects and using video clips from the actual Antwan Smith-directed video. Celebrity judges will award winners $3,000 worth of electronic devices, including laptops and televisions.

MusixMatrix also features video contests from other rap artists, including Maino, Gorilla Zoe and Vado.
