"Charlie, he'll get it together. Listen, he passed all the drug tests. If the drug tests say he's clean, he's clean. Maybe he's got some emotional issues, maybe, and maybe he's not a drug addict. Let's get him checked on that and see how's the outcome. He might be clean on that. He might be okay. And Charlie is just Charlie, and we all need to get some of that new drug Charlie Sheen is on... I love Charlie."
- Former heavyweight champion Mike Tyson commenting on bad boy actor Charlie Sheen ('Access Hollywood Live')

Tyson shouldn't be talking......he's caused more problems than ever has. Sheen, may have had problems with the law, but at least he hasn't been to prison, nor is considered a sex offender everywhere he goes.

Let Charlie do his thing. He has plenty of money and who cares. What we really need to be focused on why gas and oil prices keep sky rocketing. We as a nation let the media get us off-track with this type of BS instead showing us real deal news and issues at hand. If he wants to make fool of himself then let him. Charlie stated that industry(illuminati) was out to destroy his career and image and that actually is what is happening right before our eyes. Media is trying to keep us blind to the fact of this New World Order Hitler type sh*t. I wouldn't be surprised if he ends up in prison or dead.Keeping it real.

Charlie is just Charlie and yea Charlie is crazy....Crazy like a sly fox.
With all the drama surrounding Charlie Sheen, him being fired and the potential cancellation of "Two and a Half Men" ,Charlie Sheen will be trippin' all the way to court and will win a huge cash settlement against Warner Brothers and CBS and the reason why?
Charlie Sheen did not have a morality clause in his contract in regards to how he should act, behave or live his personal life when he not performing as "Charlie Harper" on Two and a Half Men.
For the past month, since Sheen has engaged his media blitz against the show's producers, there have been numerous reports about a lack of morals clause in his contract. However, CBS certainly seems to be making the case that Sheen's unprecedented conduct constitutes a breach of the deal.
In its letter, CBS points to this contractual clause:
"If Producer in its reasonable but good faith opinion believes Performer has committed an act which constitutes a felony offense involving moral turpitude under federal, state or local laws, or is indicted or convicted of any such offense, Producer shall have the right to delete the billing provided for in this Agreement from any broadcast or other uses which are thereafter made of the episode(s) in which Performer appears. In addition, to the extent such event interferes with Performer's ability to fully and completely render all material services required hereunder or Producer's ability to fully exploit the Series, Producer shall have the right to treat such act as a default under the applicable provisions hereof."
Is the reference to "moral turpitude" a killer for Sheen?
Legal experts don't think it's that simple.
Barry Peek, an entertainment labor attorney at Meyer, Suozzi, English & Klein, says this isn't the standard "morals clause" language in contracts.
Typically, performers agree in contracts to conduct themselves in a way so as not to bring negative press or disparagement to a show. In contrast, says Peek, this one is very specific. "They are talking about a felony," he says. "It's going to be a matter of fact whether they can prove a reasonable good faith belief he actually committed a felony (such as drug distribution), and Warner's problem is they continued to negotiate the contract and employ him despite the troubles. It's going to be a stretch."
CBS stresses Sheen's incapacitated "condition" and says that "facts establish a serious material change in Mr. Sheen's attributes that rendered him unwilling or unable to perform his essential duties."
Peek believes that CBS has a better shot at arguing this line of reasoning, but will still have to establish in court (or an arbitration) that the actor's condition had degraded. To do this, CBS could introduce outtakes that show Sheen missing his marks, instances when the actor showed up late to work, or point to early statements about the need for rehab. The argument might still be countered by the notion that CBS had entered into its contract with eyes wide open about Sheen's troubles, but perhaps the studio will attempt to show it had a reasonable expectation that Sheen would enter himself into treatment and get needed help.

If they knew that Charlie Sheen had issues and did not have a morals clause and he performed his acting duties in the proper manner and the only issues that Warner Brothers and CBS has is that he got pissed off, called out certain bosses and producers of the show and lives his personal life the way he wants that's not causing harm to the actual production and ratings of the show itself which makes it the #1 sitcom on TV, then CBS and Warner Brothers will have a hard time proving that in a court of law but if his actions brought more fans and accured income to the show and they knew that he was trippin' all along and they turned a blind eye, then they are at fault since there was no morality clause in his contract.
It seem that the way Charlie Sheen portrayed his character on the show...Jingles writer Charlie Harper...A rich, lying, ill mannered alcoholic womenizing sex crazed bachelor playboy is acceptable but his real personal behavior which is very similiar and his very own business, is not.
CBS & Warner Brothers screwed up & barely has a leg to stand on and Charlie Sheen will win hundreds of millions in court.

Mike Tayson may have had his share of problems but Iron Mike is an overcomer. He's a true winner! In terms of overcoming odds. -"One of the worlds Best Champs In Boxing Iron Mike". He is entitled to his opinion just like everyone else. This brother is an overcomer.
Mike is far more of a man than Charley. Charlie Sheen on the other hand has never had any really had a hard life. He was born with a silver spoon in his mouth and he is still wearing his diapers. He is an overgrown spoiled brat! He needs to grow up. Millions of us have lost jobs. Everyone is replaceable.EVEN James Bond and Superman.
Charley needs to man up. And stop acting like a little cry baby. He is an unfit father and a bad example for weak minded children and adults.
