Living the life of a rap star can be a bit troublesome for some artists due to their criminal history. Unfortunately for The Game (born Jayceon Taylor), his known affiliation with the Bloods street gang has cost him to lose any future job opportunities in Canada, at least for now.
On Wednesday the Compton native was detained by Canadian customs as he was en route from Los Angeles to Nova Scotia during a tour stop at the Halifax Forum.
According to TMZ, a rep for the promotion company behind the rapper's tour revealed that the promoter received a call from Canadian Customs stating that Taylor would be denied entry into the country upon arrival due to "new information received that Game is affiliated with organized crime and is an active member of the Bloods street gang."
Apparently the 'Hate It or Love It' MC was unaware of Canada's newly enforced stipulations as the rep claims that concert organizers had secured and approved all permits and approval for the rapper's entrance into the country.
As many would assume, the unforeseen news forced Taylor to cancel his April 20 show. Upon being detained he took to Twitter to alert fans of the bad news.
"This just in: I'm being detained in Canada for 14 days until they process my inadmissibility, then I'll have a hearing heard by a judge," he tweeted. "At that point the judge will decide to either deport me or give me a sentence for violating Canada's immigrant entry laws. F**ked up situation!!! But at least they let me call home, & tweet before they lock a n**ga up!!!"

The GAME should know better? What do you expect if you are in the GAME affiliated with the "Bloods" still doing crime? Canada don't want his MESS there! People's lives could be in jepordy? I don't blame them? Taylor need to grow up and better find out which direction he wants to go as far as making it in this world & being a better person? God will take that all away! For the last nonchalant comment he made Twittin tells you what Negative Gang Mentality he still has and is so distrustful to others and to his own self. God only gives you so many chances in life. He needs to get together or there might not be another chance?

Interesting indeed. Affiliation is too broad a term to automatically mean something negative. I don't believe the Game is back to gang banging. Usually when people come up in life they have a tendency to try and help those whom they left behind. This bull will be cleared up and the Canadian police will give The Game an apology.

Whoa, thought Canada was a progressive country? Guess that they can chose to exclude known criminals,thugs, felons and parolees. Seems they have set back Progressive thought a few decades by this obviously racist action. Perhaps the Estados Unidos should take not and try to emulate Canada's policies on immigration and visitation?

@ Tip; Justin Beiber is signed by a black american called Usher. So silly to infer that his earnings is being pumped into Canada. If we can be just as tough on the economic parasitic price gougers like Sears; Navy etc that will be progress. The "Game" beat-up a Canadian promoter on one of his previous visits so there........
