Last week photos surfaced of Nia Long's baby belly, and it has now been revealed that basketball player Ime Udoka is the father to the actress's second child.
The two appear to be an item and Long, 40, told People how happy she and Udoka, 33, are to have a child together. "This is the most exciting time in our lives," Long told the magazine. "Words can't explain how thrilled we are by the new addition to our family. We feel truly blessed and appreciate all the well wishes and prayers."
Udoka has played for the Los Angeles Lakers, Portland Trailblazers, Sacramento Kings and most recently the San Antonio Spurs. The baby will be his first and is due this fall.

Nia looks really nice. There are way too many talented sistah's...Nia Long included, and not enough decent roles for them. Is Ime playing overseas now because he no longer plays for the Spurs? His sister used to play for the WNBA but just like him, she had no baller skills.

This is in response to K get off of your self-righteous box and realize that God made all of us including the babies that arecreated as a result of the relationship. It might not be biblically correct to fornicate Let God bejudge.God says jucge not or you will be judged. He also says in spite of man's iniquities you are to love him.

@ Jane, Perhaps you misunderstood. This is not a cry for the righteous. This is actually a cultural issue from the african american community that needs to be addressed. Again, I will reiterate this was not about "hatin, self righteousness, or lack of Love. We actually like nia, matter of fact Love Nia as an actress. My point was merely that our african american actresses have made it a new trend to glamourize having babies without husbands. I also recall mentioning that we all fall short, but the focus here was not to glamourize this as a social norm. Thanks for listening.

It's nice that they are having a baby and happy. But I agree, who cares. We americans put to much into gossip and who is sleeping with who and who is gay and who is this and who is that! There are much more inportant tings in this world. Like why so many people are hungry, why are there so many police officers ad political figures breaking the law and getting away with it, why social security has not got a raise in 3 years, why do all the higher ups continue to get money and the poor working class have to scratch and save. These are things we should be talking about and trying to fix.
