The Academy Of Motion Picture Arts And Sciences has launched what it calls an international outreach program, and heading to East Africa for 2 weeks, starting yesterday through the 24th, with its mission that states "Ccnnecting creative communities around the globe through the art and science of Film... as well as creating opportunities for creative conversations between emerging and established filmmakers from many nations."
