Reminder: Hill Has Long Ago Had A Mental Illnes Diagnosis. This is America. Any mentally ill mother is allowed to raise their children without any worries that non-mentally ill fathers would fight for child custody. Fathers have no rights to the children, not even mothers are proven mentally ill. Yet they are held accountable if the leave the children with the mothers, should something happen to the children. I frankly don't worry about children whose mothers are mentallly ill; our children's lives are dependent only on their mothers, so if they do a Kasey Anthony it's o.k. since our family laws permit it.
A website asked posters to list 5 CDs that changed their life and I listed Waiting to Exhale, Yolanda Adams Believe, Maxwell's Urban Hang Suite, Best of Motown and Miseducation of Lauryn Hill because Lauryn really produced a classic CD (hint hint Beyonce). I wouldn't want my daughter having kids by a man who wouldn't marry her but that's Lauryn's life and her choices. Seems the kids are happy and healthy so to that I'll wish her well.
I'm not surprised if all the success made Lauryn need therapy. That CD tore up the charts and the music industry like Amy Winehouse (great CD). Only certain artists can handle when a CD generates that kind of attention. I'll never forget the listening party we had when "Confessions (very well written)" broke all types of sales records.

How in the hell do you DIVORCE somebody that you AINT MARRIED TO? Get with the damn program booboo. Plus this anit about HIM, it's about the fact that THEIR(the two of them)relationship has ended and HER(and whoever the daddy is)new baby. GOT THAT. Here you are defending this nonsense. There are too many situations like this in black neighborhoods that contributes to the high number of single parents and no fathers. Wake Up! This is not good for anyone - the child, the father { if she knows} and LAuren.
