People like this should not be looked up to in the first place. They are imperfect human beings like the rest of us. My children nor was I, mesmerized by any entertainer nor did I look up them. My role models in life, were my parents and my extended family and my children's role models were also my husband and I and our extended family. As parents, we should be setting the moral compass for our children. We should be guiding them and training them in life.
As for our country losing its moral compass, the world has been going bad since Adam and Eve. Nothing has changed in this world. We have always had wars, famine, murder, rape, and strife. We just hear more about it today, with the inventions of the television and the computer.
