While T.I. is currently finishing up his one year prison sentence stemming from gun possession charges in an Atlanta halfway house, the rapper may find himself back in legal trouble upon his March 26 release.

According to published reports, T.I.'s clothing line, AKOO, is being sued for trademark infringement by social music television company Akoo International.

The global establishment, who proclaims to be the "world's largest social music television network," are claiming the 'ATL' star's fashion label has caused confusion amongst current and potential clients.

For the second consecutive season Tracy Morgan is returning to the Syfy channel as host of the prank series 'Scare Tactics.' According to the Hollywood Reporter, the '30 Rock' funny man will serve as the show's host in support of its forthcoming fourth season, set to premiere this fall.

Morgan's role, which initially began in 2008, will also credit him as executive producer of the reality show -- in hopes to add "another layer" of authenticity said network Executive Programming VP, Mark Stern.

Despite shaking up the world less than a year ago with his untimely death, it appears Michael Jackson will remain even more relevant for generations to come -- he's also making history in the process.

This week, the King of Pop's estate brokered a record setting recording deal with Sony Music Entertainment that is estimated to be worth up to $250 million -- the biggest known to date.

According to the Los Angeles Times, the seven year multi-million dollar will include DVDs, video games, and previously unreleased material which could potentially result into 10 new albums.

Sony label heads are 'Workin' Day and Night' to solidify Jackson's image across various "multimedia platforms" over the next several years.

With Oscar Award season behind her, Gabourey Sidibe is still making headlines.

All the buzz seems to be about her weight, though.

It seems that everyone has been is weighing in on the 'Precious' star's weight and health, causing a whirlwind of comments debating whether or not the topic is hurtful or helpful.

Last week shock jock radio personality Howard Stern cautioned Sidibe to seek help immediately before she encounters future fatal health issues.

Some took offense to Stern's brash comments including the actress' mother, Alice Tan Ridley, who told him to "get a life."

And then a weight loss company -- Acai Supply -- has approached the 26-year-old to provide her with a year's worth of their product.

Since stunning the boxing world in 2005 with his retirement announcement, former heavyweight champion Mike Tyson has re-branded himself to help rehabilitate his tainted image.

Within the last year the Brooklyn, New York native has made appearances on The Oprah Winfrey Show to talk candidly about his troubled past, which included domestic/drug abuse. The boxing legend showcased a more livid and detailed account of his career in the James Toback documentary, 'Tyson.' The award-winning film wasn't the last time fans would see him on the silver screen, he also demonstrated his sense of humor in the hit comedy comedy, 'The Hangover.'

As if seeing "Iron Mike" crooning to Phil Collins' classic 'In the Air Tonight' wasn't amusing enough, Tyson's next venture may portray the former heavyweight as a lightweight.
